The booking form below allows me to get a better idea of what sort of tattoo you are looking to get. Not every tattoo idea will be a good fit with me. Once you fill out a booking form, I will look over it and respond letting you know if I believe that I’m the right artist for your idea. Don’t be discouraged if I turn down your idea. The studio is filled with artists that possess a range of different skillsets, preferences and styles. I typically book out AT LEAST a month in advance. Please allow up to a week for me to respond to your booking inquiry. I respond by email. Sometimes my responses end up in people’s spam folder, so make sure to consistently check your spam folder! It would also help to add my email to your contacts.
Now that you’ve completed this form, please allow time for me to look over your request and respond. It may take up to a week. ALL TATTOO APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Do NOT put down a deposit, before talking with me and being instructed to do so. If you have questions or concerns after submitting your booking form, then please reach out to the shop.
